I have a error, when I go to the cmd and put in "cake" ...php5.dll not find...please install. I'll have XAMPP 1.7.3 and PHP 5.3.1 :(

Hi guys, Thanks for the screencast, indeed is useful but I would like to add that @r2roloxn is right, YOU SHOULD NOT ADD BLANK SPACES BETWEEN THE PATHS. If you do the path will not be recognized. Regards, Denis

Would you mind giving a little more insight into how we choose what directory to add to our environment variables? I don't use wamp, and don't necessarily have cake "installed" (I just unzipped the cake files to a specific folder within my Apache folder)...I tried adding the console folder for that to the environment variables, but that didn't work. I also added "C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP", because that's where I have PHP, but again, it didn't work. I appreciate any help!

Thanks! This has been very useful. Though it's also important to note that you should not put SPACES in between the paths you enter in your environment variable.
