The capture/contentFor stuff was of interest to me I could not find a sample of the code right away (as I was not certain how to spell Chris's surname/moniker); so here is a link for others:

Errata - make sure you echo out the elements when you capture them and also you can capture any content between the capture and contentFor not just elements. Should have really said that sorry guys... might have missed the main point haha. The video should be called "CRUD once & Capture content" Am I able to edit the video and re-upload?

thanks guys, Heard the Telstra guy is up for a golden globe. I Sound very wispy for some reason.. do I always sound like that...? and it sounds like i'm hitting the keyboard with my forehead. Might go back to the logitech headset or duct tape the Yeti mic to my forehead.

Nice work Leigh! Should add an intermediate post to setup server logs for the for the virtual host, as well as rewrite rules in the virtual host :).
